AI diagnosis and implementation for Israeli businesses
AI for a business that doesn't end at the demo
We find the work that costs you the most hours, build a solution that does it on its own, and teach the team to work with it. The first improvement starts working for you within weeks.
A few minutes · a picture of where you stand · one recommendation to start from
What's happening for you today
What repetitive work is costing you
Not in theory. This is what a normal week looks like:
- 01
Hours that vanish every week
Someone on your team opens a few systems, copies numbers into one file and puts a report together. Same thing, every single week.
- 02
A customer waiting for an answer
An inquiry comes in the evening and gets answered the next afternoon. By then they've already got a quote from someone else.
- 03
The same mistake, again
An old price left in a quote, a detail forgotten in an order. Every fix like that costs time, and sometimes a customer.
- 04
Inquiries that fall through the cracks
An inquiry from the site, one from the phone, one from WhatsApp. Nobody's sure who answered whom or what's still open.
Every line here is time you're already paying for today. It just doesn't show up on any report.
What you get out of it
What changes in your business
- 01
More money
Every hour that comes back to you is an hour you can sell.
What it looks like
The weekly report that used to take half a day is ready waiting in the morning.
- 02
More customers
A reply within minutes instead of a day — more inquiries close with you.
What it looks like
Every inquiry gets a first reply immediately, even at 10pm.
- 03
Fewer mistakes
Something done by the same rule every time doesn't forget and doesn't get confused.
What it looks like
Every quote goes out with the current price list.
- 04
Fewer complaints
A customer who gets an update on time doesn't call to ask what's going on.
What it looks like
An update at every stage, even when nobody remembers to send one.
For you, it looks like this
A law firm
Fewer hours on meeting summaries and deadline tracking, and a faster reply to the client who's waiting.
An accounting firm
Fewer manual copies between systems during reporting season, and fewer fixes after everything's already been sent.
A service or retail business
Every inquiry in one place with an immediate first reply, and fewer leads forgotten along the way.
A few minutes, and the answer right at the end.
Why not alone
AI is available to everyone. The time to learn it — less so.
You can try ten tools on your own and find out two months later the team went back to working the old way. We start from the process you already have, which is why it takes weeks, not months. And whatever already works for you keeps working.
How it works
Three steps, from the first question to the recommendation
- Step 01
A few short questions
Where your inquiries come from, which systems you have, who touches what. A few minutes, and you can start now.
- Step 02
A score for every area of the business
Like a home inspection: every area gets a score and a short explanation — where your business is strong, and where it's leaking.
- Step 03
One starting point
The process that's most worth improving for you right now, and what its first step is.
What we see in the field
Adoption isn't return
Most businesses already use AI. Far fewer of them see money from it. The reason is almost never the model — it's what happens around it.
Employees who save time thanks to AI
74%
Companies that see a revenue improvement from it
38%
The time really is saved — it just doesn't reach the bottom line. Between what the employee saves and what the company earns stands a workflow nobody updated — and that's exactly our job.

In other words: the gap in the chart doesn't close with another tool. Most businesses are already in — what separates the ones actually profiting from it is a workflow and people who know how to run it.
The heart of the project
Building is the easy half
A repeating process goes in, a working version comes out — that part is predictable. What decides it is what happens after: most projects don't fail because the technology didn't work, but because nobody on the team actually adopted it. That's why training and adoption don't wait for the end of the project — they're built into it:
- 01
Training on the real work
We sit with the people who'll actually use the new process, on their own cases — not a generic "what is AI" workshop.
- 02
Built into the routine, not left on the side
Who's responsible, when it's checked, what happens when something breaks. Otherwise it's just another tool opened once in a browser tab and forgotten.
- 03
Follow-up after the work "ends"
We come back to check it's really in use, not just that it works in theory.
One of the areas the diagnosis checks is exactly this — your team's skills. It's part of the score, not a footnote.
A project that got stuck
Already tried, and it didn't work?
It happens a lot. Usually it's not because the tool isn't good — it's because nobody defined who's responsible for it, or the team just went back to doing it the old way.
We look at what you already have before suggesting something new be built. Often what's missing is a small fix, not a start from scratch.
- 01
We diagnose why it got stuck
Technical, process, or adoption — three completely different problems that look identical from the outside.
- 02
We fix what's broken
Usually it's one link in the chain, not everything. What already works for you stays.
- 03
We hand it back to you
Including the training that didn't happen the first time — otherwise it gets stuck again.
The same diagnosis works here too — it will just find the hole in the existing project instead of the first process worth improving. You can start there or just leave your details and tell us what got stuck.
Frequently asked questions
What usually stops people before they start
What does "AI implementation" actually mean?
Taking work that repeats itself in your business — replying to inquiries, preparing quotes, copying data between systems, reports — and building a process where an AI tool does the repeating part, inside the systems you already have. It's not installing one piece of software; it's changing a specific workflow and teaching the team to work with it.
How long does AI implementation take for a small business?
It depends on the process and the state of your systems, so we don't give a timeline before seeing the process itself. What's fixed: we start from one defined process, not a broad project, and define upfront what counts as success and how it's measured, so we know early whether it's working.
Does AI replace employees?
In most of the small and mid-sized businesses we work with, no. What moves to automation is the repetitive, tedious parts, and employees keep doing what needs judgment and a human touch. According to CBS data from March 2026, 26% of businesses reported a significant productivity gain from AI — meaning the same people get more done.
We already tried an AI tool and saw no change. How is this different?
Because in most cases the tool wasn't the problem. An AI tool dropped into an unclear process just produces the same mess faster. We start from the process — what happens today, exactly where information gets stuck, who's responsible for what — and only then decide if and where AI helps. Sometimes the right fix turns out not to be AI at all.
How do we start?
With a short conversation where we ask where your inquiries come from, which systems you have, and who touches what. That produces a picture of where you stand and one starting point — the process most worth improving now and its first step. You can leave your details and we'll get back to you.
Question not here? You can leave your details and we'll get back to you, or read how we work.
